5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawful shipment information.
- Ensure goods comply with all applicable laws, regulations and safety standards.
- Properly package, label, and document shipments unless otherwise agreed.
- Pay all charges, duties, taxes, and fees when due.
6. Prohibited Items
Clients must not ship prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to hazardous materials, illegal goods, counterfeit products, or items restricted by applicable laws, unless expressly agreed in writing and compliant with all regulations.
7. Delivery, Delays and Force Majeure
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather, strikes, acts of government, port congestion or carrier disruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount specified in the applicable service agreement or, if none, to the lesser of the value of the goods or the charges paid for the affected service;
